Last August Cyclist Magazine stayed with us to do a couple of features on Gravel Bike Riding in the Oisans area. We are really pleased to announce that the latest issue of the magazine (June 2016 Issue 48) features an article of our alternative ride up Alpe d’Huez with Peter Stuart and some fantastic photos taken by @truli_photo This ride featured in the article amongst others will be included in our inaugural Gravel Bike week in August 2016. Our week will also include the little known gravel road up the mighty Col du Galibier. Ride around the valley gravel roads before taking on the Col de Cloy sitting between Alpe d’Huez and the Col de Sarenne, the old route up to the Col du Galibier first used in the Tour de France in 1911, and many other challenging routes. Each days ride will consist of a mixture of road and gravel riding. Some of the gravel riding is of a technical nature with sharp climbs and steep descents over rough tracks so you will need to have good bike handling skills.

£349 on a bed and breakfast, shared room basis
